position should end prior to day 31, client will be refunded placement less 25% of the nanny's total gross salary. (A $100.00 minimum materials fee will be retained). Client may instead elect to select one replacement caregiver from available candidates. If position should end from day 31 to day 60, client may elect to select one replacement caregiver from available candidates, or receive a NannySitters' credit for future use when selecting a nanny candidate. If position should end from day 61 to day 90, client may receive a prorated credit towards a replacement caregiver. |
